Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Junior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the StepStone Reporting Inbox, processing emails, gathering information from third-party providers, and creating electronic files. Additionally, the candidate will provide strict and timely follow-up on all communications, adhere to department procedures, and review numerous electronic documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the StepStone Reporting Inbox by processing emails, gathering information from third-party providers, and creating electronic files.
  • Provide strict and timely follow-up on all communications and adhere to department procedures.
  • Review numerous electronic documents and adhere to a precise file naming convention system.
  • Resolve untagged documents in accordance with risk control SOPs.
  • Assist with the management of client SharePoint sites by uploading documents and responding to client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate with fellow team members around the globe to meet mission objectives.
  • Assist the overall SPAR team on expanded scope projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of academic success.
  • Prior private equity, investment banking, planning and analysis, or research experience a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
  • Follow-up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential.
  • Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
