Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
  • Perform software testing, including automated and manual testing, to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive software test strategies and initiatives.
  • Review requirements and stories for accuracy and testability.
  • Consult with teams on test planning and participate in testing, planning, and demo activities.
  • Conduct functional and performance testing, including load and reliability testing.
  • Automate tests and test own code, selecting and applying test management tools, simulation models, test frameworks, and scripting languages.
  • Document test plans, protocols, and reports.
  • Support design changes to ensure quality impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in one programming language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical know-how in developing scripts for automation.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in prototype and product development.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi and/or BTLE protocols.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Linux systems and scripting languages.
  • Nice to have: technical skills in Embedded SW development and Connectivity with Cloud and Mobile Platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin.
