Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Koch Global Services. As a key member of our Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of invoices, managing AP queries, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, including scanning, processing, and AP report analysis
  • Respond to AP queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external control requirements
  • Monitor and review daily payment reports, ensuring accuracy and balance
  • Closely monitor and follow up on urgent payment requests
  • Review and follow up on aged AP items, identifying areas for process improvement
  • Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement of service levels, including the addition of new services

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Payable functions
  • Familiarity with AP processes and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent Excel and word processing skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work with high volumes in a systematic way
  • Positive attitude, team player, and quick learner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work independently
  • Coordination ability with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Major in Accounting or Finance
  • Working experience in a multi-national company
  • SAP or QAD system experience
  • AP background
