  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Fluency in Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Japanese

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud-native development and cloud computing
  • Experience in system requirement definition, functional design, and operational design
  • Experience in managing suppliers and NDC teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including risk management and quality control

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Language Skills:

  • English: Level 4 or higher
  • Japanese: Level 1 or higher
