About the Role:
The Sales Advisor is a key ambassador of the Brioni brand, responsible for providing a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience to clients. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, while also meeting and exceeding sales and clienteling targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving sales and clienteling goals set by the Store Manager
- Create and develop a positive relationship with customers, from initial contact to farewell
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals
- Effectively utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base
- Gather information about the market, including new trends, events, competitors' activities, and products
- Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly share any issues or risks
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales position
- Fluent in English, with a second language a plus
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday season
