Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Supply Chain Resources Group. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site factory support for production readiness and process qualification
  • Monitor and report on manufacturing status, identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Lead technical-based CM management, including SOP review, UPH optimization, and equipment verification
  • Drive process optimization in yield, quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Collaborate with CM and product development teams to ensure scalable and best-practice manufacturing processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in applied physics, material science, EE, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or a related field, with practical experience
  • Thorough understanding of SMT manufacturing processes, with 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Experience in assessing manufacturing processes using PFMEA, process capability analysis, and statistical tools
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take on projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English
