Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the power/performance bottleneck of mobile platforms
  • Provide advice and co-work with other teams to improve power
  • Develop and validate new features and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal global Tech teams, PM teams, and CE teams
  • Work with Chipset teams to do power projection/analysis/optimization
  • Describe, analyze, and solve power issues/problems from SW and HW sides
  • Study and observe frontier technical and research in mobile
  • Collect logs/RAM dumps and track issue/problem resolution
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated programming skills in C/C++/Python
  • Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, including CPU, GPU, Memory, and peripherals
  • Strong knowledge of Linux kernel development - CPU Sched, Frequency DCVS, BW governor, CPU LPM, and drivers
  • Basic knowledge of digital and analog circuits
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • More than 2 years of work experience on embedded systems and chipsets
Education Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, MS preferred
