Needling Operator

We are seeking a skilled Needling Operator to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of HSE and quality standards in our manufacturing process.

• Adhere to company HSE discipline and wear PPE correctly to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate crane and forklift equipment with a valid certificate to ensure efficient material handling.
• Identify and report environmental aspects and safety hazards in your department to prevent accidents.
• Study and follow SOPs to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

As a Needling Operator, you will be responsible for executing production tasks according to our production plan and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

• Manufacture products according to production plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Follow employee behavior discipline and company policies to maintain a positive work environment.

We are committed to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. As a Needling Operator, you will be responsible for implementing daily maintenance and 5S practices to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our production process.

• Monitor and maintain the working condition of machines and equipment to prevent downtime.
• Follow maintenance schedules for key components to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

Technical secondary school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial services is preferred
