Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wine and beverage strategies to drive sales and profits.
  • Lead a team of wine and beverage professionals to provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with chefs and other culinary teams to create innovative wine pairings and menus.
  • Manage wine and beverage inventory, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with wine and beverage suppliers and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in wine and beverage operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in wine and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Excellent wine and beverage knowledge and wine pairings.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and profits.
  • Excellent guest service and hospitality skills and professional presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and presentations skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
