National Medical Market Sales Director

Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for the national medical market, driving their execution within the sales team.
Conduct research and analysis on national/ regional medical markets, actively participating and proposing suitable strategies for Haleon's development.
Stay up-to-date on medical BMM market dynamics, combining provincial development plans with different distributor development rhythms to create BMM entry, repurchase, and education KPIs. Establish and continuously optimize ROI investment portfolios, addressing BMM pain points.
Based on operational plans, set phased targets, solidify efficient operational processes, and form BMM standardized promotion manuals. Coordinate departmental execution of operational strategies, track progress, and actively seek efficient doctor education modes for BMM channels, replicating them nationwide.
Collaborate with MA teams and internal distributor teams to drive successful bids and simultaneous provincial deployments.
Participate in the development, management, and standardization of distributor management systems, implementing cooperation business client trade terms and driving business cooperation model construction.
Develop sales tools for broad medical markets, planning and allocating resources, supervising, and evaluating them.
Implement refined operational management, such as specifying channels, regions, clients, and products, for granular precision marketing. Participate in the development and promotion of tools and activities, resource planning, distribution, and usage supervision, ROI evaluation.
Promote distributors to provide BD empowerment services and collaborate with internal departments to develop innovative programs like Haleon Help, entering distributor platforms and creating diverse, professional, high-frequency, and interactive education and academic promotion empowerment for doctors and pharmacy staff, enhancing their recognition and sales conversion or prescriptions.
Effectively plan, organize, and coordinate company resources to enhance product breadth, depth, and coverage of blank markets, improving resource precision.
Develop and implement business negotiations with chain private medical groups and chain clinics in response to national medical policy changes.
Qualifications
- Education
University degree or above, with a medical, marketing, or related major.
Working ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and channel management.
Professional Knowledge/SkillFamiliarity with company products and competitive market situations, as well as relevant medical policies and regulations.
Understanding of national medical bidding policies.
Knowledge of commercial channel sales work processes, operation characteristics, and basic supply chain management.
Understanding of regional management, resource allocation, and client management.
