Key Responsibilities:

HQ Reception and Management:
• Receive guests, welcome board preparation, and telephone receiving
• Manage meeting rooms, sending and receiving files, and updating hotline navigation

Administrative Support:
• Assist with EMS Express, business card making, and payment processing
• Create employee certificates, procure daily consumables, and update seating charts
• Renew contracts, manage parking lots, and assist with logistics and maintenance projects

Requirements:

Education and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business English
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
