Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor at Arcadis, you will play a key role in delivering our projects. You will work closely with project directors and senior estimators to provide professional QS services before and after contract signing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flow;
  • Prepare tender documents;
  • Conduct tendering and evaluation work;
  • Post-contract management: contract file progress payment valuation changes estimate and cost control report;
  • Complete project final settlement.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of measurement and cost estimation for construction technology contracts and laws;
  • Understanding and familiarity with professional conventions and contract management procedures;
  • Teamwork spirit;
  • Recognized university degree in civil engineering, building engineering, construction measurement, or equivalent;
  • BS or above degree in HVAC, building environment and equipment engineering, plumbing, electrical engineering, or automation;
  • 2-3 years of experience in QS-related work.
