Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a passion for leading cross-functional teams and driving the development of cutting-edge ultrasound products. As a Senior System Engineer_Ultrasound, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring the quality and compliance of our Ultrasound product lines.
- You will lead the translation of user and business requirements into product requirements, high-level product design, check, and optimize integration and verification.
- System decomposition and allocation of derived requirements down to HW/SW element and part level, along with related traceability.
- You will also trade-off product/system design specifications and interfaces, determine feasibility of potential solutions, and lead technical & design reviews.
- E nsuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation-compliant manner
- Systematically drive NMPA early submission by fully understanding NMPA requirements and deliver just 'right' to fulfill needs.
- Leads and influences others, drives design for quality, and is closely involved in the program of the applicable business.
- Makes a fundamental contribution to the innovation of products or processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience in product development.
- Understanding of NMPA/CE/FDA relevant regulations.
- Ability to work within a cross-functional organization with good communication skills.
- Structured problem analysis and solving.
- Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese.
Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
