Installation Capability Enhancement Specialist

Your Role

We are seeking an Installation Supervision professional to join our team. As an Installation Supervision, you will be responsible for coordinating installation work at the installation site, including communication between the factory, installation team, and on-site construction cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise the execution of the installation process;
• Regular training for installation teams;
• Communicate and coordinate with the installation team and other stakeholders;
• Cooperate with the technical department to continuously improve the product;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• At least three years of experience in installing accessories;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Familiarity with and proficiency in various operational skills required in the installation process of cable accessories, including cable handling, shielding layer polishing, lead sealing, and assembly;
• Ability to perform high-altitude operations;

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
