Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive art curriculum to students in primary and middle school (Grades 1 to 7) within an International Baccalaureate framework.
  • Design and implement engaging lessons, utilizing effective tutoring methods, creating assessments, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and develop the school's educational offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, setting achievable goals to foster improvement and success.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the administration.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous teaching experience in art education.
  • A commitment to professional development and a willingness to adopt innovative teaching methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 RMB after tax, based on experience and qualifications.
