Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Passive Safety Software Project Manager to lead our software development projects for airbag control units. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and monitoring of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate software development projects for airbag control units
  • Manage software requirements, including requirement analysis, engineering, development, and review
  • Monitor and control software project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Communicate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Deliver released software according to project timing schedule and customer interface for SW topics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, or information technology
  • Approx. 2-3 years of work experience in engineering, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Total system thinking, analytical mind, and knowledge of time-management
  • Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations
  • Strong motivation, good conflict management, and systematic problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international engineering teams
  • Very good oral and written skills in Chinese and English
