CI Culture Builder

We are seeking a skilled CI Culture Builder to lead our plants in promoting and building a culture of continuous improvement. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.

• Develop Annual Continuous Improvement Plan: Lead plant management teams to develop annual plans that align with business goals and objectives.
• Culture Promotion: Deploy continuous improvement concepts, training, and systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Leverage Lean & Sigma: Deliver basic lean & sigma training to all employees to enhance their problem-solving skills and improve processes.
• Sustainability and Alignment: Coordinate BPS initiatives and ensure alignment with global requirements, leading BPS CI pillar for site.
• Facilitate Improvements: Facilitate and organize plant continuous improvement activities, reviewing progress to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with site leadership to identify Kaizen opportunities, develop plans, facilitate events, and achieve targets, supporting companywide Yellow Belt project leaders.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Enterprise Management. You should also have at least 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing, engineering, or relevant areas, with sound experience in first-line roles. Familiarity with lean production, CI tools, and methodologies such as Six Sigma, KAIZEN, TPM, and 6S is essential.
