About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
  • Meet potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and thrive in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standard of work delivery.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading technology consulting company operating globally with headquarters in Dubai. Since 2014, they have been providing consulting services to major banks and financial institutions to drive growth using technology.

Estimated Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 AED per annum, depending on experience.
