Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and resolve service-related issues.
  
• Support the development and implementation of category management strategies to drive cost savings and process efficiencies.
  
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement activities.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize procurement processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a large multinational company.
  
• Proven track record of delivering results, including cost savings, process improvements, and supplier relationship development.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and presentation tools.
  

What We Offer

Pfizer offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
