Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Beijing, China. As a key member of our F&O department, you will be responsible for implementing and executing S&OE processes for Region China, as well as coordinating Mainland China S&OE activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to proceed supply planning, risk assessment, and mitigation of all NN China portfolio, including Insulin, GLP-1, RareD, Device, and other brands.
  • Responsible for new product launch supply chain planning and execution to deliver commercial launch.
  • Supply Chain optimization, including parameter review, optimal lead time, and supply flexibility promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above majored in supply chain, engineering, statistics, finance, or other relevant area.
  • Over 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Supply Chain Expertise – In-depth understanding of S&OE process and ability to identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes.
  • Project Management - Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time.
  • Data Analysis - Skilled in using data analysis tools to interpret supply chain data and make strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership - Effectively lead a team, motivate members, and foster collaboration and performance improvement.
  • Strategic Thinking - Capable of developing and executing supply chain strategies from a holistic perspective to support the company's long-term goals.
