Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst/Associate to join our Loan Administration Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency with fiduciary assessments and compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures. This role requires a professional with expertise in multilateral development bank back office support for sovereign operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure comprehensive consideration of critical fiduciary aspects during project preparation.
- Set up new deals in financing management systems after signing and process relevant transactions in a timely and accurate manner throughout project implementation.
- Assist in reviewing and instructing disbursements in accordance with projects' legal agreements and the Bank's disbursement policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with related departments to maintain accurate project profiles and take timely and appropriate actions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in non-sovereign operations in back office gained from prior positions with financial institutions.
- Robust knowledge of various financing products administration over the full life cycle of projects.
- Self-motivated and able to build internal and external relationships to ensure seamless processes.
