Key Responsibilities:
  • Process reimbursement for the sales department, ensuring accurate record-keeping for tracking and visit reports.
  • Review sales contracts and service contracts before signature, including contract value, applied discounts, purchaser's background, and terms & conditions.
  • Update and maintain the Salesforce/SAP system, including partner/contact maintenance, uploading visit reports, and entering project information.
  • Organize and encourage sales managers to complete tasks such as following up on accounts receivable, backlog, and open offers.
  • Assist sales managers in daily work, including organizing customer visits and business trips, preparing for visits, sales meetings, and tracking team target fulfillment.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Business English, with a preference for Major in Electronic.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a multinational company.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP/SAP.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • High sense of responsibility and detail-oriented.
  • Open-minded and good teamwork, with strong interpersonal communication and coordination abilities.
