Key Responsibilities:
- Execute orders and projects in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, including export control, customs, and audit requirements.
- Maintain a proactive relationship with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Handle software order releasing process and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or English.
- 5+ years' experience in contract administration, project coordination, and shipping (import & export).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and maintain administrative systems.
