We are seeking an exceptional A-Level Economics Teacher to join our team at LumosCareer.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced educator to design and implement engaging curricula aligned with IGCSE and A Level standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving excellent student results and possess strong communication skills to inspire students' interest in learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized teaching plans tailored to meet the unique learning needs and abilities of individual students.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a love for learning and academic enthusiasm.
  • Regularly assess student progress, collaborating with parents and school management to devise strategies for improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development training to enhance teaching proficiency and stay abreast of industry developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years of teaching experience in A Level with a history of outstanding student performance.
  • A relevant degree or higher, preferably in Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in coaching high-profile international competitions, providing expert guidance and coaching to students.
  • Demonstrated innovative teaching skills and subject expertise, with a proven ability to guide students to achieve outstanding achievements.

The estimated salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our students.
