About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and leverage these relationships to drive strategy through the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing value through counsel, expertise, and solutions.
- Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
- Utilize value engineering, benchmarking, and ROI data to support customer decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
- Proven track record in business application software sales.
- Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- Business-level English: Fluent.
