We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our technical pre-sales process for complex deals, acting as a solution architect for clients.
The ideal candidate will guide clients through their cloud adoption journey, crafting creative solutions and advocating for their needs.
A strong focus on customer success and mentorship is also required, with the ability to plan and execute successful customer events and launches.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical pre-sales process for complex deals, acting as the solution architect for clients.
- Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey, crafting creative solutions and advocating for their needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive customer momentum and ensure successful implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and architecture.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and create tailored roadmaps.
- Leverage customer insights to develop best practices and assets that accelerate cloud adoption across the company.
- Plan and execute successful customer events and launches, collaborating with support and engineering for seamless transitions.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior sales consultants, fostering a strong knowledge base within the team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
