About the Role:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of students following the AP framework, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
• Prepare and deliver lessons, lectures, and assessments, providing individualized support and feedback to students as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's curriculum, share best practices, and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Evaluate student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and fostering a strong partnership between home and school.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to other relevant tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience, especially in higher education, is highly valued.
• A valid teaching certificate.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary: 220,000 - 260,000 RMB.
