Onsite Representative

At FDH Aero, we are seeking a skilled Onsite Representative to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing customer bins and warehouses, ensuring seamless inventory management and quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect customer bins, scan and organize empty bins, and upload scanned data.
• Manage goods receiving and put-away processes.
• Collaborate with customer quality inspectors to complete quality acceptance processes.
• Pick, repack, and ship parts to customer bins according to scanned data or customer needs.
• Utilize the company's ERP system for receipt and shipment processes, as well as warehouse inventory management and cycle counting.
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Program Manager to manage supply chain and safety stock processes.
• Maintain open communication with customer production sites and address program information and issues promptly.
• Ensure effective 5S management in the warehouse.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the company's overall goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive environments.
• Proficiency in English (CET 4 or higher) and basic literacy skills.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Honest and reliable, with ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Managerial capability to support the company's future development.
