Strategic Marketing and Sales Role Overview



As a key member of the tesa team, the Marketing and Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. With a focus on strategic marketing and sales, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and strategies into marketing efforts.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
