Biopharmaceutical Research Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Biopharmaceutical Research Scientist to join our team in Suzhou, China.

As a Biopharmaceutical Research Scientist, you will be responsible for performing routine sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in various formulations and biological matrices. You will also train on routine operation, maintenance, and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Perform daily work assignments accurately, in a timely and safe manner.
• Review, interpret, and analyze data for technical, quality, and compliance to protocols, methods, SOPs, client criteria, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Communicate project status to the project leader.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in a lab science such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medicine, Biotechnology, Immunology, Virology, Bacteriology, Clinical Lab Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a laboratory setting.

You should also possess:

• Manual dexterity (pipetting, operating lab equipment, performing lab techniques).
• Experience performing assays, bioassays, immunoassays, ELISA, PCR, antigen/antibody testing, functional assays, or similar testing, cell culture.
