Procurement Planner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Planner to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a Procurement Planner, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage procurement requisitions from SAP system data, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials.
2. Develop and implement arrival plans, tracking status and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Monitor inventory levels, identifying and mitigating stagnant materials to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
4. Collaborate with production teams to plan material requirements based on production schedules.
5. Assist with import material order processing and follow-up, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Provide timely feedback on material problems and potential risks, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

1. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with a positive work attitude and efficient work execution.
2. Excellent English language skills, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Familiarity with procurement processes, including import material procurement.
5. Familiarity with SAP system, with data processing and analysis capabilities.
6. College degree or above, with more than one year of work experience in material planning.
