Shaping the future of transportation requires a unique blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking. As a Maintenance Electrician at Volvo Group, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our cutting-edge equipment and plants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the EFM manager to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies across the shop floor
• Lead the maintenance program documentation system and update as necessary
• Conduct technical studies and provide expert analysis for the EFM team
• Develop and implement daily and periodic maintenance schedules for facilities
• Drive facility improvement projects to meet changing production capacities and continuous improvement requirements
• Lead EFM team members in resolving equipment malfunctions and optimizing daily operations
• Provide technical support to internal departments and external parties
• Collaborate with other teams on digital transformation projects, such as Smart Factory and IIoT
• Perform other tasks assigned by the EFM manager

Key Requirements:

• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical background and experience with Industry 4.0/IIoT
• Fluent English communication and writing skills
• College degree or higher in a relevant field, such as mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Strong understanding of TPM and related technologies
• Familiarity with PLC, IIoT, and Industry 4.0
