Supply Chain Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Leader to join our team at Synthomer. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading the procurement of indirect spend categories.

• Liaise cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class procurement value.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Company Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Provide regular reporting to line manager on procurement activities and performance.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Have a strong understanding of Company Safety and Environmental Policies.
