  • Conduct production planning meetings to communicate product requirements, specifications, and timelines to relevant departments.
  • Review and validate technical documentation packages to ensure product performance meets customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement test plans, evaluating results to ensure product quality.
  • Optimize and standardize new and existing product lines, driving process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery to customers, meeting agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
  • Knowledge of ANSYS (CFD, FEA) is a plus.
  • Industrial experience in development and design, with a strong understanding of engineering documentation and drafting.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally.
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
