Job Description

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence Analyst to support the comprehensive due diligence program. The successful candidate will gather and analyze information on new/existing customers and vendors, performing the right level of screening and due diligence based on potential compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen Arrow's business partners using compliance tools and publicly available information.
  • Analyze information and determine compliance risks, including fraud, sanction, proliferation, money laundering, bribery, and corruption risks.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Produce high-quality written summaries and reports to assist with compliance decision making.
  • Recommend measures to mitigate potential compliance risks.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of written and spoken processes, instructions, reports, and regulations.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills, with ability to summarize information quickly and effectively.
  • Minimum 4-year education degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 1-year of experience in a big organization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Dual-/multi-lingual English fluent required, Chinese fluent required, French or Spanish appreciated.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Oracle experience is a plus.
