Job Title: Field Tech Analyst - Desktop Administration

We are seeking a skilled Field Tech Analyst - Desktop Administration to join our team in Jiangsu, Shanghai (CN-SH), China (CN).

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, hardware, and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in desktop administration or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
  • Solid client service skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams.
  • A+ desktop or equivalent skill set required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements and travel for business purposes.
