About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong track record in developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth. As a Key Sales Development Manager - Life Sciences, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets;
- Organizing and leading marketing seminars, workshops, and activities to VIP customers at regional institutions;
- Developing and expanding the direct and reseller network to ensure sales targets are achieved;
- Providing high-level market and competitive information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Company;
- Liaising with the broader sales management team to ensure efficient regional operations and global coherence;
- Traveling across China and to the UK to build key business partnerships (approx. 30-40% travel expectation).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree majored in Biology-related subjects;
- Understanding of relevant scientific applications and technologies;
- Significant experience in designing channel infrastructure both direct and via distributors across China markets;
- Demonstrated ability in selling to end-user customer bases (LS and clinical research/scientific community);
- Good learning agility, able to learn products and understand markets/customers rapidly;
- A strong network in relevant research & industrial communities to facilitate creation of new opportunities.
