About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team in GuangDong province. This exciting opportunity will involve identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships through value-added services, and developing and executing territory sales plans to drive top-line growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and value-added services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted growth objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, commercial operations, engineering, and technical support.
  • Ensure all business opportunities align with Veolia's profitability objectives and assess their commercial and technical viability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or environmental engineering.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
  • Strong business development, marketing, and customer relations skills, with a proven track record of success in new business development.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good analytical skills, with a strong understanding of both technical and financial concepts.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is RMB 200,000 - 300,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
