• Develop and implement Economics subject teaching plans, ensuring alignment with teaching routine requirements and achieving teaching goals.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of teaching work, continuously improving teaching results and student outcomes.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' homework, addressing questions and concerns in a supportive manner.
• Contribute to the development and administration of stage exams, mid-term exams, and final exams, ensuring accurate grading and summarization.
• Participate in weekly teaching and research activities, engaging in listening, lecturing, and evaluating lessons to enhance teaching standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete teaching plan editing work, submitting it on time and providing timely feedback.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, addressing individual needs and concerns.
• Support student activities, moral teaching exchange activities, and education-related publicity initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics or a related field, with preference given to candidates with overseas study experience.
• High school teacher qualification certificate holders will be given priority.
• Excellent English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
