Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will embody the essence of Balenciaga by driving sales targets and qualitative goals. As a key ambassador, you will foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets through effective product presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Deal with client requests and complaints, providing high-quality feedback to the Management Team.
  • Closely collaborate with stock teams to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
  • Stay informed about market trends and fashion environment to provide expert advice to clients.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Inspire clients by embodying the Balenciaga behaviors and presenting the brand universe in a storytelling approach.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining standards of Balenciaga services, image, and values.
  • Create and update client portfolios, following up through Luce app.
  • Foster authentic relationships with clients, from welcoming moments to after-sales assistance.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding path and Omnichannel Client Journey training.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent knowledge.
