Job Title: Demand Planning Business Process Expert

Goodyear is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Business Process Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customer-centric process and system support for demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Demand Planning Process Excellence Lead and key business stakeholders to align solutions to AOP, RvsCC, S&OP, and S&OE end-to-end business process design.
  • Be a subject matter expert in demand planning processes and tools, supporting the user community through best practice sharing, training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Drive and support system development, working closely with Business Process Management, IT, and other COEs to integrate demand planning with full end-to-end solution sets.
  • Support the user community through the power user group, coordinating and prioritizing developments, including user acceptance.
  • Aid in change management and ensure data and system processes are updated and consistent, with formal approval processes for all changes to system parameters.
Requirements:
  • Drive continuous improvement and share best practices, ensuring One Goodyear Way.
  • Work with country, cluster, and PBU Demand Planners to ensure process and system development are consistent and built in accordance with business requirements.
  • Actively promote DP best practices to PBU Planning and Country/Cluster teams, balancing specific market requests with standardization across the organization.
  • Request and grant users access to SAP DP via onboarding training and certification processes.
