Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician at Molex, you will be responsible for measuring the dimensions of new products and creating inspection reports. You will follow product drawings and other requests to ensure accurate measurements.

Key Responsibilities

  • First article dimension inspection and reporting
  • Annual inspection and reporting
  • Dimension inspection for GR&R and initial capability study
  • Inspection equipment maintenance
  • 7S maintenance
  • Other job assigned by Leader
  • Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct

Requirements

  • Graduate from technical secondary school or equivalent
  • Blue print reading, GD&T knowledge
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word, etc.
  • Good communication skill

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mold, mechanical or equivalent
  • Dimension measurement experience
  • Can use Tooling microscope, QV, OGP or CMM etc.
  • English Basic
