Clinical Value Manager

In this role, you will be tasked with meeting sales objectives, overseeing marketing strategies, and managing the product lifecycle for a specialized group of high clinical value products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales performance for assigned product categories within your region, contributing to overall sales goals for the organization. Regularly assess sales metrics to ensure alignment with targets;
2. Collaborate with distributors in your area to support and achieve sales objectives;
3. Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated product line;
4. Organize educational seminars and workshops to enhance clinical knowledge regarding the product offerings;
5. Facilitate the introduction of key products into major healthcare facilities. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to endorse clinical marketing initiatives;
6. Gather and evaluate competitive intelligence. Provide product training to distributor teams.
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine or a related Life Sciences field is required.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
1. Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, along with advanced skills in MS Office applications;
2. Expertise in product management and marketing strategies.
3.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or related marketing roles within a multinational corporation, ideally in the fields of gynecology and obstetrics.
