Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team in Zhangjiagang. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring laboratory activities are conducted in a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly manner, while adhering to company and factory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and accurately record results in the SAP system.
- Assist the laboratory manager in daily laboratory operations, implement 5S principles, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Handle non-conforming products according to established procedures.
- Operate laboratory equipment correctly and perform routine maintenance, reporting any abnormalities promptly.
- Manage laboratory materials in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Report any work-related anomalies or safety concerns to the laboratory manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the laboratory manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience.
- Good English reading and writing skills, with proficiency in computer applications and laboratory daily work.
- Background in laboratory physical analysis is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
