MISSION

Deliver exceptional support to production and client needs by efficiently managing warehouse operations and inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unload and load merchandise, raw materials, and finished products in the warehouse.
  • Organize products in designated areas, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage.
  • Monitor and record material movements, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Process administrative tasks, including delivery notes, invoices, and client orders, ensuring seamless communication with internal systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of received materials and documentation, ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities, adhering to FMS lean model and strategic guidelines.
  • Adhere to Ficosa's Code of Ethics, avoiding fraudulent practices, and comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the role.
  • Collaborate with the OHSE and Quality department to maintain, promote, and improve workplace safety and quality standards.
