Maersk is seeking a highly skilled HSSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety, security, and environmental practices within our warehouse facility.

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and awareness programs on HSSE topics, including proper equipment handling, emergency response, and workplace ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSSE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSSE concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSSE activities, including incident reports, training records, and safety inspections.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Safety Science, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant post-working experience in HSSE, with warehouse storage industry experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of national and local EHS laws, regulations, and related policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling demanding situations.
