Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and validation of electrical and electronic products, including writing and reviewing test reports.

2. Provide accurate guidance to testing engineers to ensure product testing is completed correctly.

3. Research and stay up-to-date with new testing standards, and develop internal operating procedures accordingly.

4. Assist in training testing engineers on standards, equipment, and other relevant topics.

5. Participate in sales and marketing activities.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as electronics, instrumentation, or automation.

2. At least three years of experience in EMC testing at a third-party laboratory, with a preference for those with experience in corrective actions.

3. Proficiency in English (level 4 or higher) and Microsoft Office.

4. Familiarity with the requirements of the ISO 17025 laboratory management system.

5. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
