AP Cure Compounder

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tire Curing Specialist to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our Global Technology organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of cure-related technologies across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AP plants in tire curing, providing recommendations for thermocouple analysis and blow point studies for experimental tire builds.
• Participate in state of cure audits for plant cure level upgrades and address specific problem-solving needs.
• Provide global support to AP plants on cure-related items, actively participating in the implementation of the Global Cure Monitoring System and communicating progress and forward plans.
• Support Development teams on cure process, being actively involved in cure-related technology creation programs and addressing and communicating cure-related items to Product Development organizations.
• Work on compounding projects related to a BCC and provide cure recommendations for compound engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in rubber engineering, material science, or a related field.
• Meet at least one experience requirement: minimum 1-3 years of experience in RDE&Q cure-related items or a master's degree with a graduation project experience on rubber, compound development, or compound processing.
• Good English skills and good communication skills.
• Fundamentals on mathematics and statistics.
