Project Supervisor

Job Summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects to successful completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders are informed.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
