Maintenance Technician - Hyatt Corporation

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Possession of certifications in air conditioning, electrical systems, mechanical repair, welding, plumbing, or other related fields; intermediate level certification in air conditioning maintenance is required;
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction, with a proactive approach to addressing inquiries and complaints;
  • Exhibits confidence and a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and accountability in their work;
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard;
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and guest inquiries;
  • Conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues;
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and functional environment;
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience or recent graduates from vocational training;
  • Valid certifications in relevant technical fields;
  • A strong focus on customer service and quality;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
